Deal and energy company obligation policies that are to be implemented in secondary legislation and under the energy licensing framework - DECC: A Consultation on Proposed Changes to the Government's Standard Assessment Procedure - views on proposed changes to the Governments Standard Assessment Procedure
- Feed-In Tariffs Scheme Consultation on Review Phase 2A: Solar PV Cost Control - views on proposals for a programme of six monthly tariff reductions for solar PV tariffs, with an added deployment trigger to ensure that subsidy levels keep in step with the market
- Council Framework on Climate Change - views on how councils should develop their approach to tackling climate change
- Feed-In Tariffs scheme consultation on review phase 2B: Tariffs for non-PV technologies and scheme adminstration issues - views on proposals to change the tariffs of the four non-PV tariffs (wind, hydro, anaerobic digestion and micro-CHP). - Simplifying the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme - views on proposals to simplify the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme, with the aim to deliver its energy efficiency and carbon reduction objectives whilst making compliance easier and less burdensome for participants
- Call for evidence on the role of gas in the electricity market - evidence to help inform the gas generation strategy. The strategy will focus on the role of gas in the electricity market, and its aim is to attract investment in gas generation by overcoming any barriers, ensure energy security, meet the UK’s carbon reduction targets, and make the best use of the nation’s natural resources
- Amending the Powers of Local Authorities regarding presentation of waste for collection - views on proposed amendments to Section 46 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, which sets out the penalties which local authorities may apply to householders who present their waste incorrectly for collection. The amendments will abolish the criminal offence currently provided for in Section 46. A new, civil sanction will be put in place instead
- Renewable Heat Incentive: providing certainty, improving performance - views on proposals for the non-domestic Renewable Heat Incentive relating to longer-term budget management and scheme improvements, including biomass sustainability, air quality and changes to the metering requirements
