Staff from across our services have been making wellbeing calls to  families. We have focused on those with children and young people who have education, health and care (EHC) plans. This is as a response to the COVID 19 pandemic.  It has been a privilege to speak with so many families and young people. Most families have really appreciated the contact. We have had some good feedback and acted quickly to support, if the feedback suggests improvement.   Most families have been contacted. If we have not been able to get hold of everyone, this is for practical reasons. Including the changes each week in who has an EHC plan. If you have not had a phone call and would like to speak about your son or daughter’s education, please send a message to You wil need to leave a suitable phone number and someone will make that call.
