Callington Town Council agreed to develop a Neighbourhood Plan for their Parish area at a Town Council Meeting. This webpage provides you with information on the Callington and Kelly Bray Neighbourhood Development Plan.

Neighbourhood Area Designation 

Callington Town Council applied to Cornwall Council to designate the Parish of Callington as a Neighbourhood Area. This is in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012.

The Council consulted residents and other interested stakeholders on the designation of this area. The consultation ran between Friday 18 March and 29 April 2016. Copies of the application were available to download from the Planning register at www.cornwall.gov.uk during the consultation period. (Planning application number PA16/00003/NDP). Documents include:

• a map and
• a statement that explains how the Town/ Parish Council and area meet the conditions of Section 61G(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990).
