Forrabury and Minster Parish Council agreed to develop a Neighbourhood Plan for the Forrabury and Minster area. This was agreed at a Parish Council Meeting held on 28 February 2019. This webpage provides you with information on the Forrabury and Minster Neighbourhood Development Plan.

Neighbourhood Area Designation

Forrabury and Minster Parish Council has applied to Cornwall Council to designate the parish of Forrabury and Minster as a Neighbourhood Area. This is in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 (amended).

Under the amended Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2016, Neighbourhood area designations are not required to go out to consultation before a decision is made, if the Neighbourhood area covers the whole of the Parish Boundary.
