Following the Adoption of the Cornwall Local Plan: Strategic Policies on 22nd November 2016, any Neighbourhood Development Plan ‘made’ prior to that date has been checked against the policies of the Cornwall Local Plan for general conformity.
The St Eval NDP has been assessed to determine whether any of its policies would be in conflict with the policies of the Cornwall Local Plan and a statement has been inserted in the beginning of the Plan document.
