Neighbourhood Area Designation

St Neot Parish Council submitted an application and map to designation their Neighbourhood Area. It was submitted on 16th October 2013. Cornwall Council consulted residents and other interested stakeholders on the designation. The consultation ran between 8^th November and 20^th December 2013. Copies of the application letter and statement were made available to view during the six week consultation period. The statement explains how the Parish Council and Neighbourhood Area met the conditions of Section 61G(2) of the Town And Country Planning Act 1990.
