St Stephen in Brannel Parish Council agreed to develop a Neighbourhood Plan for the St Stephen in Brannel area. This was agreed at a Parish Council Meeting held on 15th July 2015. This page provides you with information on the St Stephen in Brannel Neighbourhood Development Plan.

Neighbourhood Area Designation 

St Stephen in Brannel Parish Council submitted an application and map to designation their Neighbourhood Area. This was submitted on 12 January 2016. Cornwall Council consulted residents and other interested stakeholders on the designation. The consultation ran between 20 January and 2 March 2016. Copies of the application letter and statement were made available to view during the six week consultation period. The statement explains how the Parish Council and Neighbourhood Area met the conditions of Section 61G(2) of the Town And Country Planning Act 1990, from St Austell One Stop Shop, St Stephen in Brannel Parish Council Offices, Nanpean Sub Post Office and Foxhole Post Office.
