Neighbourhood Area Designation

Stoke Climsland Parish Council submitted an application and map to designation their Neighbourhood Area. This was submitted on 6th March 2014. Cornwall Council consulted residents and other interested stakeholders on the designation. The consultation ran between 19^th March and Wednesday 30^th April 2014. Copies of the application letter and statement were made available to view during the six week consultation period. The statement explains how the Parish Council and Neighbourhood Area met the conditions of Section 61G(2) of the Town And Country Planning Act 1990.
