Visit your device’s app store to update your existing Zinio app or search for ‘RBdigital’ to install so you can listen/read on the go!

As a Cornwall Library member you can read a range of popular magazines that Cornwall Library have subscribed to, using our eMagazine service.

How to create a new RBdigital account

1. Access RBdigital eMagazines Library Collection page.  Click 'Create an Account' link, enter the required information - register your name, email and password then click on create account.

Please read RBdigital terms and conditions carefully as Cornwall Council cannot accept any responsibility for private transactions between RBdigital and Cornwall Library members.  You must be over 18 to use RBdigital eMagazines.

Minimum system requirements:

• Windows Vista and higher: 
• Preferred browser: Google Chrome (supports HTML5 instant reader)
• Alternative browsers: Firefox 3.6 and higher, Internet Explorer 10+and higher (IE10+ required for instant HTML5 instant reader; IE8 and older are not supported.)
• Screen resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher
