Parking
Car parks are free from Saturday 16 of January 2021 until the end of the current full lockdown period
Government advice urges residents to stay at home, and to support essential workers.
During this critical time we want to make it as easy as possible for essential workers to get to and from work. To support them we have removed parking charges.
You do not need to make payment in any Cornwall Council Pay & Display or pay on foot car park until the end of the current full lockdown.
It is really important to: park considerately, and continue to follow government guidance about avoiding any unnecessary travel, & follow the car park rules shown on the tariff boards.
Do not park in reserved car parks if you do not have a permit.
If you are applying for a disabled exemption you should still submit an application as normal and we will process them as soon as it is possible.
Due to reduced staffing numbers we are unfortunately unable to respond to enquiries within normal response times.
We manage Council car parks, issue parking permits and enforce on and off street parking restrictions in Cornwall. Our GDPR Privacy Notice gives information about how we use and share personal information which may be collected when carrying out these services.
