Keeping your bus pass details up to date
If you have a National Concessionary Bus Pass it is important to notify us if your details change. Any information about your pass will be sent to the address we hold for you.
Update your address
If you have moved to another address in Cornwall, please use the form below:
Alternatively, please send a cover letter with your:
- name
- date of birth
- contact number
- previous address so that we can identify your record
to concessionaryfares@cornwall.gov.uk or the address on this page.
Moving to an address out of Cornwall
If you are moving to an address out of Cornwall, please return your bus pass to us using the address on this page and tell us that you are moving. You will be able to apply for a new bus pass in your new Local Authority Area. You cannot continue to use a Cornwall-issued card if you are no longer a resident in Cornwall.
Changing your name
Pass to be issued in your new name before the current pass expires
If you have changed your name and wish for a pass to be issued in your new name before your current pass expires, we will be happy to assist. Please call us for information and to make a payment of £10 by debit or credit card.
You will also need to supply us proof of your new name. For example
- copy of deed poll certificate
- copy of marriage certificate
- photocard driving licence
Documents can be scanned and emailed to concessionaryfares@cornwall.gov.uk.
Alternatively please post photocopied documents to the address on this page or visit your local library.
Pass to be issued in your new name once the current pass expires
If you do not immediately require a replacement pass in your new name you will need to supply us proof of your new name. For example
- copy of deed poll certificate
- copy of marriage certificate
Documents can be scanned and emailed to concessionaryfares@cornwall.gov.uk.
Alternatively please post photocopied documents to the address on this page or visit your local library.
A new pass will be issued when your current pass expires.
Please do not send original documents as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to return these.
What do I do if the passholder has passed away, the card is no longer required or I have found a lost pass?
The pass can be returned in the post to Concessionary Fares, PO Box 769, TRURO, TR1 9JQ, or you can let us know by phone on 0300 1234 222 or email concessionaryfares@cornwall.gov.uk.
