This would allow us to determine how all bus services should be operated across Cornwall.

This means we will be able to set:

  • which bus service runs and when
  • the types of tickets that are available
  • what fares you should be charged
  • how you can pay
  • what information is available for you
  • what standard of vehicle should be used.

This is an agreement between us and local bus operators that allows us to work together to set out and deliver improvements to local bus services. Through this partnership working, we can agree standards for local bus services with the bus operators - including vehicle specifications, branding, ticketing and service frequencies.
